(Q) What other modeling groups do you belong to? (A) VA Brainbuster.

(Q) How long have you been into Free Flight? (A) On & OFF since 1958 !! I was only active in building for many years and it was in 2008 when I decided to build and fly. First comp in 2009 will be KOI this month!!!

(Q) What types of free flight models do you fly? (A) In the UK it was rubber but I now build and hope to fly Power and Glider.  Electrics FIQ has been a focus for this year but lack of time to fly has delayed any actual flying!! Such is life.

(Q) Do you fly any non-free flight models? (A) Yes, I build C/L Team Race both Goodyear and FAI

(Q) Most memorable contest? (A)  None in the US, in the UK attending the nats but not flying in 1960 ish was for me a high light and later watching Pete  Buskel ( Johns Buskel of Can farther) fly.

(Q) What was your first model airplane? (A)  KK Ajay, followed by all the rest of this time less series???

(Q) What is your favorite model? (A) High Stepper by Pete Buskel!!! AM plans was a 1/A Nat winner.

(Q) What is your favorite event? (A) Any one I can carry the model home in one piece!!!

(Q)What is your best and worst memory of flying? (A) The best is easy it was the help and encouragement I received in my teens from the member of the local club, this has stayed with me all my life. Worst is also easy, loosing a Dixielander with a new Ed 246 Racer  in it , I used the same engine in what was then A team race, double trouble.

(Q) Do you have any other hobbies? (A) I have a digital studio in my home for music and photography.

(Q) Any advice for beginners? (A)

Only the same as was given to me, enjoy what you are doing, compete with yourself  and remember its only a hobby!! Not to get too serious about things.
